Loads a controller map from the maps defined in the Rewired Editor. Replaces if a map already exists with the same category and layout.
If
enabled is set to true and rules exist that apply to the map, the enabled state will be set based on those settings overriding the startEnabled setting passed into the function.

- controllerType ControllerType
- Controller type
- controllerId Int32
- Controller id - Get this from the Controller.id property. For Keyboard and Mouse, just use 0.

- Category id

- Start this map enabled?
